માન્ય લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ તા.૧૧/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ થી તા. ૨૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૪ સુધીમાં ઓનલાઇન અરજીઓ https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in આપેલ લીંક પર કરવાની રહેશે.
ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરવા અંગેની જરૂરી સુચનાઓ :
૧.ઉમેદવારની ફક્ત ઓનલાઇન https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in પર મળેલ અરજી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.આર.પી.એ.ડી.,સ્પીડ પોસ્ટ,કરિયર કે સાદી સ્પાલ દ્વારા મળેલ અરજીઓ માન્ય રહેશે નહિ.
૨.આરોગ્યસાથી ઓન લાઇન પોલમાં PRAVESH - CANDIDATE REGISTRATION માં સૌપ્રથમ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી PRAVESH - CURRENT OPENING માં જઇ લોગીન કરી ફોર્મ ભરવાનું રહેશે.
૩.સુવાચ્ય ઓરીઝનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટની ફોટોકોપી સોફ્ટવેરમાં અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.
૪.અધુરી વિગતોવાળી અરજીઓ અમાન્ય રહેશે.
૫.ઉમેદવાર એક કરતાં વધુ અરજી કરી શકશે નહિ.
૬.૧૮ વર્ષથી ઓછી તેમજ ૪૦ વર્ષથી વધુ ન હોવી જોઇએ.
