1. Staff Nurse (SNCU) - 02 Posts
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત -
BSc in Nursing or equivalent degree from institution recognized by nursing council of India.
Experience (Desirable) :- 02 Year Experience of Working in Neonatal ICU / Special New Born Care Unit
Age Limit:- up to 40 years.
માસિક ફિક્સ મહેનતાણું - Rs.20,000/- Per Moth
2. Psychiatric Social Worker (NMHP) - 01 Posts
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત -
Post-graduate degree (MSW) or equivlent degree from a recognized University awarded after completion of course of study and Knowledge of Computer.
Experience (Desirable) :- 02 Year in mental health or psychiatric social work
As per extant NHM norms.
Age limit :- up to 40 years.
માસિક ફિક્સ મહેનતાણું - Rs.18,000/- Per Month
3. Oxygen Operator - 01 Posts
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત -
Essential Qualifications: Secondary Examination (SSC) Pass Cercificate and IT Examination Pass Certificate
Desirable Qualification
(1) First Preference : Staff who is currently operation Oxygen Resources / PSA Plant and has undergone 180 hours training on operation and maintenance of PSA Oxygen Plant operated by MoSDE, GOl.
(2) Second Preference : ITI Pass /Trainers who have undergone 180 hours training on operation and maintenance of PSA Oxygen Plant operated by MOSDE, GOI. As per extant NHM norms.
Experience (Desirable):- 1 Year in the Relevant Field.
માસિક ફિક્સ મહેનતાણું - Rs.17718/- Per Month
4. Dental Assistant (NOHP) - 01 Posts
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત -
Matriculation from Recognized Board
Experience (Desirable):- 2 Year Experience in a dental college /clinic
માસિક ફિક્સ મહેનતાણું - Rs.15,000/- Per Month
5. Date Entry Operator Cum Accountant (NPCB & VI) - 01 Posts
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત -
Graduate in Commerce with Diploma / certificate in computer applications, knowledge of computer soft-ware (accounting software tally, MS Office/GIS software etc.) Basic Skill in Office management and filling systems. Good typing and data entry skills in English & Gujarati. As per extant NHM norms.
Experience (Desirable) :- 1 Year in Accounting Field.
માસિક ફિક્સ મહેનતાણું - Rs.20,000/- Per Month
નોંધ :- નિમણુંક આપવા અંગેની સંપુર્ણ સત્તા મુખ્ય જીલ્લા તબીબી અધિકારી સહ સિવિલ સર્જન, જમનાબાઈ જનરલ હોસ્પિટલ, વડોદરાની રહેશે.
૧. આ જગ્યા ફક્ત ૧૧ માસના કરાર આધારીત છે. ૧૧ માસના બાદ કરાર આધારિત જગ્યાઓ આપોઆપ અંત આવશે અને પરફોર્મન્સના આધારે કરાર રીન્યુ થશે. કાયમી નોકરી માટેનો હક્ક દાવો કરી શકાશે નહિં.
૨. ઉમેદવારોની ફક્ત ઓનલાઈન https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in પર મળેલ અરજી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે રૂબરૂ, પોસ્ટ કે કુરીયર દ્વારા કોઈપણ ફિઝિકલ અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહિ.
૩. આરોગ્ય સાથી ઓનલાઈન પોર્ટલમાં PRAVESH>CANDIDATE REGISTRATION માં સૌ પ્રથમ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી PRAVESH> CURRENT OPENING માં જઈ LOGIN કરી ફોર્મ ભરવાનું રહેશે.
૪. અધુરી વિગતોવાળી અરજીઓ અમાન્ય રહેશે.
૫. ૧૮ વર્ષથી ઓછી તેમજ ૪૦ વર્ષથી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ.
૬. તમામ ઓરીજનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટની સુવાચ્ય સ્કેન કોપી ફરજિયાત અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.
૭. સદર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા સંપૂર્ણ અંશતઃ રદ્દ ક૨વાની સત્તા મુખ્ય જીલ્લા તબીબી અધિકારી, જમનાબાઈ જનરલ હોસ્પિટલની રહેશે.
