નેશનલ હેલ્થ મિશન (NHM) અંતર્ગત જીએમઇઆરએસ જનરલ હોસ્પિટલ, રાજપીપલા, જિ. નર્મદાના ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અર્લી ઇન્ટરવેન્શન સેન્ટર (DEIC) ખાતે નીચે મુજબની મંજુર થયેલ જગ્યા ઉપર ૧૧ માસના કરારના ધોરણે ભરતી કરવાની હોઇ અને પ્રતીક્ષાયાદી બનાવવા સદર હું જાહેરાત આપવામાં આવેલ છે

1. મેડીકલ ઓફિસર (MBBS) - 01 Posts
Pay Band / Salary : Rs 75,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification : MBBS Degree recognized by Medical Council Of India.
Age Limit : 40 Years
2. ઓડીયોલોજીસ્ટ અને સ્પીચ થેરાપીસ્ટ - 01 Posts
Pay Band / Salary : Rs 19,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from any recognized university in India. Age Limit:- 45 Years
3. સાયકોલોજીસ્ટ - 01 Posts
Pay Band / Salary : Rs 14,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification : Master degree in Child psychology from any recognizes university in India. Age Limit:- 40 Years
4. ઓપ્ટોમેટ્રીસ્ટ - 01 Posts
Pay Band / Salary : Rs 16,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification : Bachelor in Optometry or Master in Optometry from any recognized university.
Age Limit :- 40 Years
5. અર્લી ઇન્ટરવેન્સીસ્ટ કમ સ્પેશીયલ ઍજ્યુકેટર - 01 Posts
Pay Band / Salary : Rs 21,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification : Msc. in Disability Studies (Early intervention) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) / Occupational Therapy (BOT) / Speech Language pathologist (ASLP) OR PG Diploma in early Intervention (PGDEI) with basic degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)/Speech Language Pathologist (ASLP) OR B.ed. Special Education/ Bachelor in Rehabilitation Science/Bechelor in Mental Retardation (Candidate has to pass Examination on Early Intervention in 6 Month of Joining)
Age Limit :- 45 Years
6. સોશિયલ વર્કર - 01 Posts
Pay Band / Salary : Rs 18,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification : Masters Degree in Social Work from any recognizes university in India and Minimum One years experience from a Govt recognized organization.
Age Limit :- 40 Years
7. ડેન્ટલ ટેકનીશ્યન - 01 Posts
Pay Band / Salary : Rs 20,000/- Per Month
Education Qualification : Passed 1 or 2 years course on Dental technician from a recognized institution.
Age Limit :- 40 Years
લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો પાસે ઓનલાઈન અરજીઓ https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in આપેલ લીંકમાં તા. 22/07/2024 થી તા. 31/07/2024 દરમ્યાન કરવાની રહેશે. સદર ભરતી કરાર આધારિત હોવાથી અન્ય કોઈ હક્ક-હિત મળવાપાત્ર થશે નહિ તથા મુદત પૂર્ણ થયેથી નિમણૂકની મુદત સમાપ્ત થશે. અન્ય શરતો સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા જે નિયત થયેલ છે તે ઉમેદવારને લાગુ પડશે.
ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવા અંગેની જરૂરી સૂચનાઓ :
૧. ઉમેદવારની ફક્ત ઓનલાઈન https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in પર મળેલ અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. આર.પી.એ.ડી, સ્પીડ પોસ્ટ, કુરિયર કે સાદી ટપાલ દ્વારા મળેલ અરજીઓ માન્ય રહેશે નહિ.
૨. સુવાચ્ય ઓરીજીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટની ફોટોકોપી સોફ્ટવરમાં ફરજીયાત અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે અને દરેક ઉમેદવારે ઈ-મેઈલ આઈ.ડી અને મોબાઇલ નંબર ફરજીયાત આપવાનુ રહેશે.
૩. અધુરી વિગતોવાળી અરજી અમાન્ય રહેશે.
૪. ઉમેદવાર ૧ કરતાં વધુ અરજી કરી શકશે નહિ .
૫. વય મર્યાદા માટે જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ અરજી સ્વીકારવાની તારીખના રોજ વયમર્યાદાની ગણતરી કરવામાં આવશે એટલે તમામ ઉમેદવારના કિસ્સામાં વયમર્યાદા માટે જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવેલ અરજી સ્વીકારવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ 31/07/2024 ની સ્થિતિને ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે.
૬. નિમણૂંકને લાગત આખરી નિર્ણય તબીબી અધિક્ષક, જીએમઇઆરએસ જનરલ હોસ્પિટલ, રાજપીપલાના રહેશે.
